Looking ahead to the 2009 flying season, we will remain in a "limited flight status" mode.

What does that mean? Until further notice...

1. We are not selling gift certificates.

2. Our only passenger flights will be for:

those persons who currently hold gift certificates, or
those persons who are rescheduling flights that were canceled, or
customers who have flown with us previously and who wish to schedule another flight.

Thank you for your interest. Regardless of whom you fly with, we hope your flight fulfills your dreams and that it is more than worth the wait.

Champagne Flight Fares

$213.07 per person, plus 5.6% sales tax = $225 per person

1 passenger

$236.74 plus 5.6% sales tax = $250

One-Passenger Gift Certificate Holders

Add a friend or family member to your reservation for $200, tax included.

Payment Options - No Deposit, No Prepayment!

No deposit - No prepayment. This means that you have no money tied up in the reservation. Payment is due at the completion of the flight.
Cash or checks work great, but sorry, no credit cards.

In historic tradition dating back to the 18th century, passengers will take home a complimentary bottle of champagne, in honor of their memorable ascent into the atmosphere. (Please advise in advance if you prefer non-alcoholic sparkling wine.)

Please observe your commitment to the reservation time. Other requests will be turned away because the reserved flight time belongs to you.

Your Own Personal and Private Flight

Each flight carries up to 3 passengers. For two- and three-passenger flights, enjoy the privacy of floating over the countryside by yourselves. It will be a flight just for you.

Scheduling a Flight

Flight Times -- Balloons are flown in daylight hours just after sunrise or 2-3 hours before sunset. Morning and evening flights each have their own beautiful qualities. Neither one is better than the other.

Even if you're not a morning person, a sunrise balloon flight is worth an early alarm clock and a quick cup of coffee on the way to the launch field.

Is there a waiting list?... Well, not exactly. It is a matter of calling to reserve an open date on our calendar. So, it all depends on what date you are interested in flying. Whenever you are ready to schedule a flight, give us a call to reserve a date.

Psst!... Want a few scheduling suggestions?

Balloons may be flown year-round. However, the majority of flights in Wisconsin are flown from late Spring through the Summer season.

Plan ahead. Fly early in the season if you can. Weather may cause cancellations that require rescheduling, so don't wait.
Be aware that after Labor Day, sunset times quickly become earlier, thereby limiting flight options to weekends by around mid-September.
Don't postpone scheduling your flight so as to try to fly during the fall "color" season. Chances of picking the right weekend and also having good flying conditions are not very good. Wisconsin is beautiful from the air year-round.

Prepaid Gift Certificates

A prepaid gift certificate for a balloon flight is a unique and meaningful gift that can be given for any occasion and at any time of the year.

Order by mail - payment by check

A gift certificate request may be sent to us at the mailing address shown on the Contact Information page.

Include a telephone number where you may be contacted.
The signed gift certificate will be sent via USPS Certified Mail to the address that you indicate.
We suggest that you call us to indicate that an order is coming in the mail, so that we can be prepared to process it promptly for you.

Delivery in person - payment by cash or check

We may be able to make arrangements to meet so that you can receive the certificate in person.

Gift certificates from Flying In Harmony, LLC:

May be transferred to other persons.
Are non-refundable.
Are not replaceable if lost or destroyed.
Are valid for a period of two years from the date of issue. If weather or other scheduling circumstances prevent completion of the flight within that period, a request for a renewal must be placed prior to the expiration date of the gift certificate. A revised certificate will be issued at that time.
Must be presented by the passengers at the time of the flight.

It is the responsibility of the ride certificate recipient to contact Flying In Harmony, LLC to arrange the scheduling of the flight.

Beware of Internet websites and "national" companies that sell ride certificates for multiple locations.
